Gary Josebeck was our ‘go to’ subject matter expert for solving reliability issues at a start up insulation plant in Missouri.
His skill at leading RCFA sessions led to rapid problem resolution and uptime improvements. His mastery of the process built confidence among both hourly and salaried team members that they could use the process to solve problems quickly, and his methods are still in use in the plant today.
Gary has the ability to relate to associates at all levels of an organization. His final reports were well written and drove sustainable results.
